You've reached out to book a service call. What happens next?

When a repair technician from Sterling Plumbing & Heating comes to your home, you can expect them to be professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They will arrive on time and will be equipped with the tools and parts needed to diagnose and repair your HVAC system.

En route to your home

Our technicians use state-of-the-art software that allows you to track their vehicle location and inform you via SMS when they are dispatched and on their way to your home or business. Colllaborative diagnosis

Once the technician arrives, they will introduce themselves and ask you to explain the issue you are experiencing with your HVAC system.
